The best you can have in Wien

The apartment is wonderful, extremely clean and welcoming. The hosts are kind and available for any question. Moreover, I must underlie that they are very fast in answering and never lead you in doubt!

Maybe the location, even tho, by tram, it's just few minutes from Shottentor. Therefore, I feel good to say that is something really irrelevant because Wien is very vell connected.

Great

Everything was awesome: great location in a historical building, all needed utilities (all needed for cooking, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine with capsules), everything is clean. A lot of arts in the apartment and on the way to appartment, all done by Mr. Lomani, I a rainy day great to look and find more and more details in those incredible artworks. The apartment is really big comparing to regular hotel room.

This is not a big disadvantage, but garage is a little bit small, dimensions of car should be checked before ordreing

Exceptional

Perfect location, very calm and not far from the city centre. Very nice contact with the owner. The apartment has good communication with all Vienna attractions. The place is quite unique, with lovely original decorations. When the weather is good, you can enjoy the garden in the courtyard and relax after the sightseeing. Very comfy beds, and everything you need during the stay.

A sharp knife to cut bread and rolls would be helpful :) Apart from this, everything was perfect.

Nice and cozy apartment - though it has only one room, it was enough space for 3 of us. Really comfortable kitchen, everything what you need, we cooked breakfasts daily. There are several malls 5 min from apartment, cheap and tasty cafe Asia Garden is also 5 min walk. Tram station 5 min, metro 10. Comfortable no-key system with code.

What would you highlight about Atelier Lomani

A very nice spacious designer apartment.

We stayed in Apartment 3, which is perfect for two couples or parents with 2 small kids. There is a backyard with a sand box with some toys and a small slide, perfect for young toddlers. Very clean, easy to get to by tram #42. Billa and Penny Markt close by. Very helpful hosts. There are compliments (champagne and chocolate) to greet you when you arrive. Other drinks in the fridge (you pay the amount you think it would cost when you leave). Spacious, modern, many paintings and lithographs around the apartment - the host is an artist! Super cool feeling to be there! Would definitely come back again!

Perhaps there could be a hanging rack to hang wet clothes (it rained when we were there.. it would have been more convenient to hang our coats there). I would also suggest having a shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom. There was liquid soap only. Otherwise, everything has been thought of!

Spacious and well decorated. Not far from tram lines. The Honesty Bar is a nice touch.

We heard lots of footsteps from upstairs - fortunately not enough to prevent us from sleeping. The bed could be comfier.

Amasing price - quality ratio. The apartment offers all the appliances and tool you need and even more! It was great to have all restaurants, bus stops and everything around gathers in one notebook that you can list ! Also close to everything and in cool Viena style building.

Wonderful

Good location, easy access to tram or subway that gets you anywhere in 30 mins max. There are restaurants, parks and some shopping options nearby. The interior yard is nice as you can leave your kids outside. The value is crazy good tho! Go and stay there and enjoy vienna.

Everything was perfectly clean, with all of the necessities needed when you travel (towels, blowdryer, dishes etc.) Garage is just in front of the building. Hood is quiet and close to metro station, that is couple minutes of walking, as well as supermarket. Everything was really 10/10.

We stayed in a studio in an independent building with terrace. The place is luxurious. It's modern, very well equipped, beautiful and very comfortable. It is also very quiet and cozy, with garden for your disposal. We had a chance to meet the owner who was extremely kind. It's a perfect place to rest. It also has a very good and quick connection with a city center by public transport. And there is also a cheap but tasty Chinese restaurant on a closeby street and a shop nearby. Score 10 is actually not enough, it should be higher. I loved the place so much :)

Very nice apartment, value for money

Very nice and convenient apartment, not far from few tram lines which take you to the center. Street parking spot can be found and it is free of charge Friday evening-Monday morning. Private garage parking next door available (OK price 10 EUR/day), but we didn’t use it. Apartment is on the ground floor, no problem with carrying luggage, It is in the inner yard, therefore quiet. Immaculate clean. OK message communication with the host, everything about check in and check out, and the apartment explained in a PDF brochure shared with us, including information about facilities in the neighborhood and tourist information about Wien. Nice residential neighborhood.

Just book it!

1. The apartment has an incredibly good location. This part of Vienna is very safe & comfortable and we could go everywhere just choosing either tram or U-bahn (If you travel by car, I highly recommend to buy a weekly ticket for the whole city of Vienna for 17,10 Euro and forget about any challenge you need to overcome with your car in other EU capitals). The owner has a great garage to put you car - if it is not too wide. 2. The owners where really helpful and you can really feel how they care about their apartment & guests in any details. 3. Normally I do not leave opinions, just rate it - but this is not the case:) I really got very good experience of stay there.
